Eat & Drink in Chertsey

Our dishes change as much as the British weather (all the blooming time) because we like to keep our menus as fresh-as-a-daisy.

Seasonal blackboard specials, banging bar snacks, and slap-up sharers too. The classics? Oh, yes. They’re our firm faves – and they’re here to stay. Wonderfully crisp and salty battered fish & chips (with curry sauce on the side), big, fat burgers and those winter-wonder pies too – with bucket-loads of autumn and winter veggies.

You’ll love how we roll on Sundays.  These aren’t your run-of-the-mill roasts – no siree. We’re talking mountains of crispy potatoes, bottomless gravy and as many Yorkie puds as you can handle (even your Gran would be impressed).

Popping in for a pint and a chin-wag? Lovely stuff. Pull up a pew and make yourself at home. Cask ales, beers & lagers, cocktails and wines from all around the globe – our bar is eye-bogglingly generous.

So, we’re here for you. From brekkie and a strong cuppa, to lunch, to dinner (and maybe a midnight rummage in the snack basket) and every delicious mouthful in-between.

Green and Glorious

We love to take care of the Mother Earth. And Head Chef Marek is especially passionate about being planet-friendly.

As well as being super-vigilant with recycling, switching off power when not in use, and taking care with our waste (including the food variety) – we’re also growing our own goodies. And we’re composting too – happy days.

Big on Beer

Our landlady Shannon is a big beer fan (she loves those Young’s dray horses too).

She and her team take pride in serving up well-cared-for cask ales, cool craft-y beers, and lovely lagers too. Catch her at the bar soon for one of her Tap & Chat sessions soon for a prattle about pints.
